I don't buy that he would open up the fight by telling him to Die, so that's discarded.
I don't think Go Away would win him the fight, since TTP has time travel.
Sleep would probably count as an incap, sure.
Also forgive me for being cynical but I have pretty close to 0 faith in Jesse Custer fans that they will actually share every single command that Jesse Custer would open up a fight by using rather than just saying the few that they think would win him the fight, so there are likely options being excluded here as well.
Also from everything that I've read about the character (just did some research myself), it says he doesn't like to use his Word of God, keeping it in reserve -- Which is exactly in line with what Kan said earlier in this topic, so I'm way more likely to buy that.
