I'm not seeing what commands would particularly make Jesse lose. 'Sleep'? Win. Prime's asleep. 'Die?'. Prime's dead. 'Go away?'. Barring something like Prime creatively interpreting the command to still make a fight of it (which is apparently impossible, if Saint is any indication), Prime's gone away
As funny as the thought is, I doubt Jesse would open up with something like 'Go **** yourself', since that was reserved for a guy that had been chasing him around for ages and *really* pissed him off
