the way I see it Jesse Custer has a few commands that could cause him to win the fight, some others which would probably result in him losing, and we're getting no indication that he'd be any more likely to use the ones that cause him to win -- nor are these more numerous than the commands which would cause him to be more likely to lose
on top of that, Time Trapper Prime's level of raw power seems to be massively greater to the point where if Custer doesn't open immediately with WoG in the first place he would probably kill him even if he didn't mean to
COULD Jesse Custer win? it's possible
but it seems way more likely to me that TTP would win in most cases
