Yeah. I dunno why people gloat about alcohol tolerance. To me it just seems like an inconvenience. I'm glad I'm much closer to your friends in tolerance than I am you!
It depends on your goal. I personally look for lower ABV beers that taste great because I'm looking to enjoy the beer, not get hammered. If I do want to get hammered, it's Gin & Tonic time.
