Draft is simply not going to work, much as I like it. There's no method to do it that isn't super inconvenient for everyone involved. Therefore, let's do a sealed deck tournament.
If you aren't aware, for Sealed Deck you'll get several boosters from a set/block and make a deck solely from those and any number of the basic lands. We'll use ccgdecks to simulate Sealed Decks packs, and then build them on Magic Workstation. Beyond that, we'll rely on the honor code.
Now, the next question is what set? I'd suggest either Ravnica which received a lot of support last time, or the most recent block, ie Scars of Mirrodin. Don't think 2012 would be a good idea in this format.
