I refuse to believe that Annie is a stronger champion than Brand. Absolutely refuse.
Annie is simply easier to play. If I see someone on my team pick an AP carry, I'd rather see them pick annie than anybody else. If I see an opponent, I'd rather seem them pick things that arent annie(As long as its not Kassadin).
As long as you agree that a skilled Brand > a skilled Annie (and Ori > Annie obviously).
