I use my patented "I don't know what I'm doing but I know it will turn out delicious" method of mixing a bunch of stuff in a bowl
Finished appetizer: Lettuce taco with thyme potato almost-puree (cuz I didn't feel like dirtying the blender) topped with cheese and carrots
Browning the **** out of some beef
25 cent taco seasoning
Some garlic should help
Finished meat... even after draining out most of the fat, it's still super flavorful
Plated entree: Beef taco with corn salsa, cheese, and lettuce
Time for some german pancakes (basically crepes but there's a difference technically if you want to be anal)
Imitation vanilla extract so good
Pretty much perfect, I know
Finished dessert: Pancakes with local Virginia wildflower honey and nutella
