Of the ones I actually remember...
• Colin Creevey- Harry fanboy from Chamber of Secrets, was petrified. Did nothing else until Deathly Hallows where he died offscreen
• Bartemius "Barty" Crouch Sr -Imprisoned his son for being a Death Eater
• Bartemius "Barty" Crouch Jr - Everyone thought he was Mad Eye in Goblet of Fire

• Amos Diggory- Cedric's father, literally did nothing else that I'm aware of.
• Marjorie Dursley- From the Dursley scene in one of the books ( want to say 3 or 4). Harry accidentally inflated her.
Well, this might have only been in the movie adaptation (been too long since I read the book), but didn't Amos meet the Weasleys at the Port Key and also share a box with them at the Quidditch World Cup?
Marjorie was Book 3- "If there's something wrong with the b****, something's gonna be wrong with the pups!"

• Olympe Maxime- Headmaster Half-Giant of Beauxbatons
• Cormac McLaggen- Tried to go out with Hermione in Half Blood Prince, she did for a little bit just to make Ron jealous

Antioch was the oldest and original owner/creater/receiver of the Elder Wand
Cadmus was the middle child and owner/blah/blah of the Resurrection Stone
I saved Ignotus the youngest because I thought as ancestor to the Potters and original youknow of the Invisibility Cloak he was the most relevant of the three brothers.
• Tom Riddle Sr- Obviously Voldemort's dad, still fairly unimportant
• Stan Shunpike- Worked on the Knight Bus, eventually imprisoned for being a Death Eater with little proof, but actually was one
Most important thing Riddle Sr. did was die and contribute his bones to his son lol.
• Hepzibah Smith
• Zacharias Smith
• The Fat Friar- Hufflepuff House ghost, but I don't think it did anything ever (just like Hufflepuff in general)
• Grawp- Hagrid's half-brother
• Great Aunt Muriel- I think this was the Weasley aunt who bashed Dumbledore at Bill and Fleur's wedding.
Who?zibah Smith? Zach's dad I guess? Zacharius was a Hufflepuff who joined Dumbledore's Army because of a friend or something. I believe he sucked the whole time. Oh! And he was a coward.

Grawp was very relevant exactly twice. To be honest I should have saved him over Marge, who was relevant that one time, but tbqh I hate Grawp and I'm not terribly fond of Hagrid either.
You actually remembered more about Great Aunt Muriel than I did if what you said is true. All I remember is Ron saying he looked/smelled like his Great Aunt Muriel in his dress robes for the Yule Ball.
