Insomnia helps a lot with finding time to play video games <_< Plus I'm the type of person who either doesn't do something, or goes hardcore on it and devotes a ton of time to it. I don't do the "sit down and play for half an hour here, half an hour there" thing very often at all. It's either don't play at all for ages or play for hours on end.
