Wind Waker, considering the lack of Fire and Ice Temples and triforks quest.
Last one only sucked because it involved grinding for large sums of money in an otherwise short game. Honestly I have better memories of Wind Waker's dungeons than I do of ANY other Zelda game's dungeons, and I think that there only being four in Wind Waker has something to do with it.
Or the fact that you've only played 3 of them
I've completely played through A Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, The Wind Waker, and Twilight Princess.
