2. I let someone commentate with me. Could be anyone willing and with a mic. We'd do the commentary at the same time and we'd end it with our final thoughts. I would still do the top 25 characters.
3. I do the episode solo, then bring someone on at the end who has been watching it with me but wasn't recorded on audio, and I give them some time to give their thoughts on the episode as well. I think works better than option 2 because that one might become a mess if we're constantly interrupting each other's thoughts or if one of us drags on too long and we miss out our chance to commentate on something we want to talk about. Once again, I give a character on my top 25 list.
If you do either of these I would love to be one of the other people.
With something like this though it should really be whichever way you like. Adding another person will obviously make things a little more difficult.
I'd certainly listen to them either way.
