Both can. It's not that hard for straight to contract. May have been higher infection rate per 1000 in such a group due to more sexually permissive / partner swapping tendencies, but the biology of it doesn't have a whole lot of differences.
Nah, if you're a guy who only has sex with women in the vagina it's pretty hard to contract. The rate of infection in men who don't have sex with men is incredibly low.
