I agree with Luster Soldier. That MBA post explained everything and if not for this topic, I would not have known the read-only thing or the move of gamefaqs servers even took place, as I was at work at 9:30 am pacific time and did not get home until about an hour ago, which would've been around 2:20 pm pacific time, probably several hours after everything went back to normal. Even if it had been done at 9:30 am in my time zone, eastern, I may not have ever noticed as I usually do not have time to go to gamefaqs before leaving for work
