quite frankly, the end result of this can't be anything short of disbarment. as a lawyer you aren't supposed to do even a third of the things he's done. i'm sure by now that there have been actual complaints done to start this process.
and if they haven't, well, suing the guys in charge over in the state where you practice will help.
