I like a good General Tso's Chicken but so many places make it terribly. Instead of being crispy, the chicken comes out soggy, and the sauce isn't flavorful enough and the whole thing just tastes... I dunno, sweaty almost?
Quite so, which is why I just visit Zom Hee down by Madeira Beach whenever I want General Tso's. Obviously, the implication here is that they make it perfectly, and so I won't bother giving anywhere else down here a shot.
