Right. I won't presume to know more about soccer than anyone in here. But it seems to me that missed penalties are more likely to be due to the offensive player just plain missing the goal than they are to the goalie making a save. Meaning it IS mostly luck based. And that's assuming EVERY save is due to goalie preparation/skill and not just taking a lucky guess.
