Is the summoner fully trained? Summon magic is a great skill. It doesn't matter too much though if you're using Orlandu, since the game becomes easy mode once you acquire him.
Also, Meliadoul is okay... but you should probably skip using her. I mean keep her around in your group since she's a special character. The big issue is her skillset only works on human enemies.
Worker 8 isin't great either. Mainly a speed problem and that he damages himself to attack.
Orlandu is powerful, but Reis gives him quite the run for his money.
