Wh-what.
After 6 episodes you seriously have Odo first and Kira next to last? I dont even remember anything Odo DOES in those episodes.
Kira meanwhile CARRIES this show that whole first season. Consider that this role wasnt even meant for her, and she just steps into it with poise and grace. She gets all of the most emotional scenes and all of the most interesting conflicts in terms of both her character and in terms of the setting.
She is, almost alone at the point youre at, the person bringing DS9 to life.

ANd how can you not like O brien? Hes an average guy holding his own in space with all this crazy stuff. Do you also not like Xander from Buffy, or The Thing from the fantastic four?
