Hate/dislike. Semantics. I don't have those feelings towards Charizard in either case. He's not in my personal top 10. He's not even in my top 30. He's certainly better than a whole slew of pokemon. It's just his matchups tend to be against pokes I really like a lot, and those matchups tend to be early on =/
