as far as the supreme court ruling goes, I have no idea what's actually going to happen. You'd think the supreme court would leave the mandate up because it was intended to be the trade-off to the companies for the being unable to deny preexisting conditions thing by giving them a broader customer base, and the supreme court has already proven themselves corporate tools. Is it possible for them to trash the whole thing here or is only the mandate up for ruling?
The whole law is up for ruling, but the Supreme Court has every right to strike down parts of laws while keeping the rest intact.
