Many RPGs won't come close to 50 hours. If it takes you that long to get bored of it, that says something.
Well, the thing is I wasn't really have fun playing it. I was only playing it because I couldn't stop myself. Doesn't mean it was enjoyable. It kind of become something I felt I had to do. I'm glad I don't have the conviction to stick with addiction.
The same thing happens when I hear about a new MMO. I've only ever played two for any length of time and I don't think it's a very good genre, yet, somehow, I'm drawn to them. It's like I want them to be good, but when it comes down to it, I just don't find them fun. Why they catch my interest at all doesn't make a great deal of sense to me.
