- Recent data has indicated a drastic increase of charged particles from outside our solar system (25% increase between January 09 and January 2012)
- 9% increase in cosmic rays since for the month of May
- It's currently 11 billion miles away from the Earth
- NASA says that we'll truly know when the Voyager crosses out of the solar system when it begins detecting magnetism running "North-South" instead of "East-West"
