When it comes to third-party exclusive content--in terms of games or DLC, timed or permanent--Microsoft is definitely at the top. They're good about making sure the Xbox is the first place to get anything, which is something that Nintendo and Sony will have to deal with early on next-gen. They do that kinda thing early on.
