Yeah, that's going to be a big thing. When the next Xbox releases, what happens to third-party games? The 360 has numerous 'exclusives' when you put it up against the Wii, only because the Wii never saw them. If developers, especially Western ones, move with Microsoft, that'll be a problem. We're already seeing many current gen games with no plans of being ported to the WiiU, ones coming out after the WiiU launch, so that could be tricky for them. A shoddily handled downport probably wouldn't send a good message to people.
