Just finished Wing Commander IV: The Price of Freedom, where the final mission is stupidly easy, but is followed by a long cutscene with multiple dialogue branches, where you have to address the political assembly and goad Tolwyn into admitting his policy of ethnic cleansing without getting thrown out and arrested for treason. And it's amazing
There's also Mass Effect 1 and 3, where you can convince Saren or TIM to commit suicide. Any similar examples?
