Yes. Yes he is. There aren't many characters in this I'd vote for over Wheatley, but I voted Missile without the slightest bit of hesitation. My favorite character in any Shu Takumi (Ace Attorney developer) game, and that's saying a lot.
That said, Mordin Solus winning will always be the best result possible.
Edit: Wait, Manny Calavera is in this, and he won. Disregard previous statement, Manny winning will always be the best result possible.
