06 and 07 - UNC loses in the College World Series to Oregon State
2008 - Penguins lose to Red Wings in six games in the Stanley Cup Finals

Don't have a favorite MLB team, and when it comes to NCAA Football, I simply watch for good games, since I've long accepted the fact that the Heels will never be anywhere near the National Championship game.
