Gen makes a good point. Tahno and Tarlokk are both > Amon imo. But Amon is far and away > Ozai.
And yeah, I really didn't care for Zuko. I can't help it, his character is just not my thing. Objectively he's not a bad character, and gets some of the most interesting growth/characterization in the series. But for me personally I'm not a fan.
Also yes Korra > Iroh. I mean, it's close, but Korra's bad ass design helps her edge him out.
