Haguile might make some crazy abilities but I'm pretty sure giving someone an ability to mind-control another person and make them cut a vein is too much even for him.
Gonna confirm this. Gotta leave now and will be back tonight, but I'm almost done with the results so they should be up pretty quickly once I come back home.
