No, we hate unions because the vast majority of them are public sector employees who exploit their electoral influence over office-holders to get incredibly cushy job and pension benefits that bankrupt the state. California's teacher union is almost singlehandedly responsible for the state's broader government issues and has taken its schools from among the best in the nation to just about the worst.

As a public sector employee let me just say LMAO.

There are far too few federal employees right now, which is why everything is so backed up. I work my butt off for 8 hours a day, make a ton of headway on my work only to find that an equal or greater amount of work is lined up for me, making it so theres virtually no chance ill ever catch up to the present.

We have a hard job, in a field where more people are desperately needed and i dont know single federal employee who is able to just be lazy at work.Without our benefits packages, theres no reason for anyone to choose government work over the private sector. period.
