Well yeah, I imagine his voice now when reading Thor. And these movies have already been somewhat of a mix between 616 and Ultimate. Thor only has a beard in Ultimate, but the rest of his attire was from 616. And he didn't have the chainmail for a long time in 616 either. So they're still not taking much from Ultimate. Though it's obvious they're taking a lot form that universe anyway, because Nick Fury is only Samuel L. Jackson in Ultimate.

And yeah, I hear Thor's dialogue in his voice, too. Same with Loki. I honestly don't know how they're gonna top Loki in Thor 2.
Oh, and 616 Thor did have a beard in few pages of Second Coming, where Mike Choi drew him to look pretty much exactly like Hemsworth.
Well, it's more stubble, really, but you get what I mean.
