Zeon HP: 5,000
Overview: Zeon, in my opinion, is probably the hardest boss in the Premium Disc and here is why.
First off, Zeon has the usual normal and special attack. Except the special he is able to use is one called Regret Hit, which has the effect of bringing a character's HP to 1. The danger here is that Zeon gets two attacks, meaning that a Regret Hit followed by a normal attack on the same character means that character is guaranteed to die.
Secondly, he has a modified version of the Tornado spell, that also has the ability to either inflict Poison or Confusion on any character targeted. There are two kinds of Poison in Shining Force III, the 10% and 30% damage versions. Of course, his is the 30% version, and that's a considerable amount of HP to lose at the end of a turn.
He also has Demon Breath as well.
His HP also auto recovers up to 30 HP at the end of each turn as well.
