At this point I held off going after Bulzome until recovering all lost HP from the previous attacks with Aura LV 4 and waited till Bulzome went through his 2 turns.

How I set the force up, placing Julian, Medion and Synbios in the front for direct attacks, Syntesis, Masqurin and Hedoba behind them casting Blaze and Freeze LV 4 The archers Barnard and Kate on the sides, Gracia with Blessing LV 2, and Arthur with Freeze LV 3. Both Grace and Isabella are away from the boss ready to cast Aura LV 4 any time when needed:
