Ok, Gerbil once ordered our Chinese and just said wontons when he meant "cheesy fried wontons" and we got wonton soup instead. It's very easy to do, esp. if multitasking.
Shouldn't you have confirmed what kind of wonton he wanted? Unless of course there was only one type of wonton you sold...
Yeah I felt the same way, but they barely speak English.
