Yuffie the best.... simply because she's a ranged character.... Plus her level 3 limit is so gooooood..... the uh.. slashy slashy one....
One of Aeris's level 3 limits buries Yuffie's, and of course, Aeris Level 4 is the best in the game, and probably the single best attack in the series, if not in the entire RPG genre/gaming.
