Who is your favorite video game female?
That's probably Yuna. At least she's the first one that comes to mind.
I know generally charge characters are turtlers, but I feel like you can actually get aggressive with Chunners, too, which is why I like playing as her and she doesn’t feel like a traditional charge character to me.
Guile and to a lesser degree Honda is really the only charge character who should be play defensively.
Lets' take a look at the SF charge characters (I'm sure I'll forget some)
Blanka - if you're turtling with Blanka, you're playing him wrong
Vega - he's fast, which means turtling is a bad idea, as you're not taking advantage of his speed
Bison - have you ever seen a defensive Bison? Me neither
Chun-Li - see Vega
Honda - often defensive (there's a vid of a HILARIOUS Honda mirror somewhere but I can't find it), but going in can be very effective with some Ochio Throw shenanigans, HHS-pressure and butt-smash crossups
Guile - the most defensive charge character, without a doubt.
Balrog - agressive rushdown style
Dee-jay - can be very agressive with his cross-ups, though depending on the game and match-ups turtling is the better option
