Believe it or not, but Obama doesn't get 100% of the black vote. He has already lost his "first black president" appeal. There is such a thing as a black single-issue voter.
He pulled 95+% of African-Americans in 08. You think cutting that down to 90% is going to lose him any states that he wasn't already going to lose?
