Daggerfall became free on the 15th anniversary of the series, not the game's 10th anniversary. It was thirteen years old when it became free.

Arena was celebrated on its 10th though! That much I'm sure.
Also there are speculations that Dawnguard will allow us to visit the city of Blacklight, which is on Morrowind.
