Those aren't the only two types of ethical systems out there. In fact, I'm not even sure this does mesh with Kantian ethics, as it would demand that pirating files you "wouldn't pay for otherwise" be made universalizable.
I obviously could not list every ethical theory, as many ethical theories contradict each other, rather I am citing specific ethical theories which I think I follow in order to avoid the uneducated "no its not" argument.
And I certainly think that only pirating things you wouldn't pay for otherwise would certainly work universalized if people actually stuck to it.
