Of course it's mostly the girl's fault, but it was stupid of him. I broke up with a girl I was with quite awhile recently so made sure to change all internet passwords she might have known, and I sure as hell wouldn't have her do any sort of surgery or operation on me while unconscious or extremely out of it. I'd lol at the guy to his face if possible. Though he may want to knock some teeth out of my head in jealousy :P
