This is an impossible question to answer the way it is intended.
Board 8 is Greendale. We are not observing the actions of another forum's users, only what we know. To us, the Britta of Board 8 is someone who is misguided, a little crazy, and often ruins things, but at their heart is trying to do the right thing.
Community's Britta, to us, is also a character on a TV show, who has those qualities, but also has the quality of being an observed character on a television program - we are viewing her as both an individual and as a part of her surroundings as someone removed from that environment.
We can't do that to ourselves. So either Board 8's Britta is someone who is mostly an unstable wreck - how most of Greendale views Britta - or we can't have one.
