I second that one, besides, Scenario's 2 and 3 have a tranlation patch available now.

Also, yes, the patches are awesome and I just started a full English playthrough on my actual Saturn.
So amazing seeing it on a TV in English and playing with a Saturn controller.
But I only had a save file from Scenario 1 where I promoted people at lever 10 (usually promote at 17-20) to continue from so that sucks but whatever.
Still the best game ever.
