The Joker isn't even the best Batman villain (hint: it's Scarecrow). He is second best, though.
Farnsworth isn't the best character in Futurama either, Bender is. Farnsworth is second best as well.
Scarecrow is the best Batman villain IMO, but Zoidberg is the best Futurama character, provided Zapp isn't "main" enough to be "best".
