what, the fact that these are pretty much literally the same with a u added to Ash and the C/S in crimson substituted for K/Z didn't tip you off <_<
maybe it's just cuz I watch anime and hear those kinds of things at least semi-regularly but things like Tida/Tidus and really even Aaron/Auron wouldn't be lost on me. The other two examples you gave though what the hell did the translators do to them
