So I laid in bed for ~8 hours and never got any sleep. But it's okay, I accepted that I just wouldn't get any sleep and decided to use the time to just rest and think of as many pleasant things as I could. Overall I'd say I succeeded. It wasn't too bad of a night, all things considered.
