So I figure a good Hecarim build order would be
Cloth 5/Boots 3 -> Sheen -> Glacial Shroud -> Upgrade boots/Phage -> Triforce -> Negatron -> FH -> FoN
So basically, make him Skarner lite.
I imagine he needs damage, but I don't know any time but late when he's allowed to get it. The boosts from boots/FoN/Trinity aren't a hell of a lot.
This looks mostly correct. My only concern is Frozen Heart and TF early might set him back because he's clearly a jungler. Those are two expensive items. I think Phreak might've been correct with the early Aegis. Altho definitely get Sheen before that.
