If that fails, I will make a topic on CE asking a serious request from a moderator. I will ask if any moderator is willing to Warn the account. My belief is that the Warning will override the Read-Only status. After the Warning status clears, the account will be set to 6: Negative Karma. At that point, I can contest the moderation to get it overturned.

Do that, and I guarantee you I will suspend the account. Don't try to play games with the system. If you want something done, submit a feedback ticket and wait.
