Well there are eyeball planets.. Tidally locked around red dwarfs. The nightside would be iceball. Eternally night. You know what that sounds cool as hell. Imagine civilization on one side, a cold barren wasteland totally in darkness on the other

While I would love it, it has too much baggage. I liked it because when it came out I had just read the War of the Flowers by Tad Williams. KoA is what I had in my head. It's a shame Tad never expanded on that novel

Last should be half a year ago, because I didn't put something in spoilers when discussing some ending (I think like half my posting was already spoiler tagged, but seems like I should have tagged some more).

Mine was explaining the ending of Lost in a Topic about asking to explain the ending of Lost. Entering that topic you were going to get spoiled anyway. The whole topic would have been spolier tags. It went unmoderated for a month.

It's great. I liked it because it has the fictional pirates (Flint and Silver) and the historical pirates (Vane, Blackbeard, Rackam).

Look I will buy any SE as long as it's a Rpg or TRPG. I was done with after Tactics Ogre Reborn was released. None of the changes made any logical sense. I would have liked to have a 1:1 port of the PSP versions. What we got was the worst parts of previous versions and added unneed systems. They stripped out many things that gave it more customisation in previous versions. Now who is to blame for this who knows? Matsuno was there in a toned down role. It's his baby he should have spoke up more.

To me it shows that there is a culture that everyone is a yes man and afraid of saying this is a bad idea. They are afraid of losing their jobs. There needs to be people there that want to right the ship again

Not at all, but there is a mashup with Korn and Portugal the man that makes them listenable. The only time I can say I liked a Korn song.

The meaning behind it for me was just for that little while she was my light when darkness surrounded me. I did what was right because I cared for her. I was treated as the bad guy by many people before and during. I knew for her I was her light when you know your life is coming to a end soon. There's this thing about helping another human being because it's the right thing to do, not because there was something to gain from it. People need to learn this. No matter how bad it is reach out for help there are people who care about you. They will drop everything to help. Not everyone is selfish and seld-centered

edit: dragon quest 1, 2, 3, 4 are fucking amazing and definitely hold up. DQ2 is one of the most underrated games of all time. also Ultima 1-4, dos versions except for the NES version of 3

Not to derail. But U1 and 2 are real difficult. There is the food counter, healing is convoulted. If you fight any monster you will miss alot. Every fight is like this. It's Morrowind levels bad. 3 was when they finally got it right. The versions on nes of 3&4 are the best versions. The pc versions of 5-7 are the best ones. Don't play the rest

I really don't know. I've seen countless feed bag tags over the years. I never saw bay leaf. The first comment makes a bit of sense. Something in the back of my head tells me its a pest repellent.

I also watch these. The female disinterest was explained few days ago. She had a previous mate. He died. From comments they said they mate for life usually. They couldn't be more different. He's a bit flashy, she's quiet and reserved. Ducky is cute though.

Anyway what happened to her mate got me thinking not just humans grieve. I saw it in cows some. Not long term, a few days at most. You would sometimes see a reverence when one got old and passed. The herd would have a procession. They are emotional creatures. I find that fascinating.

This is the only instance I can think of. It was whenmy friend was in the hospital. Her daughter and her had a feud going back decades. My friend wanted to bury the hatchet. We made contact and my friend apologized her daughter did not. Few months pass, and it looks like my friends final days are near. I did not reach out to her daughter to see if she would finally admit she was sorry for what she had done. My friend told me not to. So when she was in her final days in the hospital I did not contact her daughter. I should have but did not. Her mother died without that closure.

Pretty much all the real life warlords were pretty crappy people. Zhang Fei deserved every thing he got. When I heard his memorial got flooded when the area around the 3 Gorges Dam got flooded. I said well he deserved to have no one remember him fondly

I built radios as a kid and was working on a ham licence before I left home. It started with a book my father had. I use to make regular visits to Radio shack every few weeks.

Yeah, any farmer / animal handler worth their salt will immediately recognize this as not only monstrously cruel, but also completely incompetent.

I had to put a cow down because she was old once. For months every time she would get up and down and every bone cracked. One day she could not get up. I worked and worked to get her up with no avail. It broke my heart. I had her 20 years and her name was Bear. She was so sweet. I have memories of how she got her name. During winter she would grow a full shaggy coat. She would run across a field and she looked bear-like. When I had to let her go, I was crying my eyes out. It's not something you want to do. I still remember that action and I hate it. Kristi sounds like some people I know of. Dogs will be Dogs. It's like not expecting a cat to kill a bird. It's nature, It's going to happen. What she did is inexcusable. Give it away or something. Geez

No idea. Hes an inside cat, never goes outside, and I keep a clean house, and I vacuum regularly. I live in a very pet friendly neighborhood. He never had any sort of fleas in my old house, and it wasnt until he moved here. But I truly have no idea. I feel like Im bringing them in with me or something but I dont see how that is true either.

Revolution. I tried a different kind before getting the doctor prescribed one, but it didnt work. Revolution worked within a day or two and was very noticeable that he no longer had fleas. Poor guy was so itchy and as soon as they were gone he got so much happier

You are bringing them in. I use to have outside cats and in the barn a few. Summer time it was a impossible task to keep them to a min.

My biggest problem with it was the first half all the Elicorians have dialog and are active in the plot. The 2nd half it's the off planet people. The First half characters have no lines and do not factor into the plot at all. Pretty much it relegates all the first half to bonus characters.

BOTW is blurring the lines a bit. Armor sets, different weapons, stats ( ie heart containers & stamina), cooking, Quests other than the main quest

You also have more robust stores than past games.

Not when you drive home and find out. It's why I go inside to buy it. I know what side is what and I watch my order come through

I think discussed this with some Christians before. Do those planets worship God? The universe is too large to not have other civilizations is God there too? Is each planet just him messing with settings. Just imagine some Ocean planet and the beings are fish people and their version of God is a giant fish. Their history would be different. Would there be fish version of Jesus?

See out the mods that focus on the other warlords. Wu is real hard. They put tigers right out side the starting town. You have to grind and go back in the town multiple times to get strong enough to head to the next area. I got to the place where you have to use explosives but forgot where to find it. I gave that one up. The original I played multiple times

I rarely saw them at my old place even being on a farm. The only time I had a close encounter was when I was doing a security check at night. See when you have 100 acres people love to prowl around at night. They will open gates and leave them open. It got so bad I had to put chains on the hinge side. Anyway on my way to check the next one something flies by my head. I use my flashlight to see what it was. It had flew into a thick group of trees on the other side of the fence. And there it was. A owl very young about size and a half of a hand. Brown and white. Very cute. I had my phone with me but being so dark you can barely see it. I had it for awhile but think I deleted it.
