When you reheat the rest, put cheese (I do mozz) on top. You can also do bread crumbs for a crunch. This expands how much you have and since the potatoes are not as good, it adds a ton of flavor. 2 meals that way, and both are deeeelicious. As great as that idea is, I also don't want to destroy the sanctity of my mashed potatoes. I can definitely see myself doing it for roast potatoes though. --- "What are you playing?
