What's your favorite type of (Portuguese) bread?

I used to love Pao de Milho, but I really enjoy a pao de agua toasted and buttered.

I can't decide, to be honest. Po de Milho (or as we call it Broa de Milho) is very good, but I only like it when it's not too sweet.

Po de gua is also great. We also have a bread made of carob (Po de Alfarroba) which is more typical on the southern part of Portugal, and it's (you guessed it) very good.

It's a tough choice to pick a favourite, I just love bread in general :D

I'd rather give up living rather than live without eating meat or bread.

I'd be perfectly fine if we ever invented nutrient pills that give 100% of necessary life-giving nutrients and completely removed the sensation of hunger, but as long as we're still stuck eating food, meat and carbs are going to be a large part of my diet.

You can still eat fish.

I'm from Portugal and here we do love our bread. We have many types of bread and I just love almost all of them.

However, we also have amazing dishes that include meat, that I really love.

But honestly, I think it would be harder for me to give up on bread.

How about you guys? What is your favourite type of food, that would be harder for you to give up on?

BREAD IS AMAZING!

TV at $2200.

That's an expensive TV, damn

Its a Sony 65 4K with Android. And thats CAD, not USD. Roughly $1700 USD today.

Still, pretty expensive to me. But I'm no expert on the subject.

I bought my TV on sale for around 340 dollars. Toshiba Led Smart TV

When I say biggest, I mean the thing you bought (prompt payment) that costed the most amount of money.

Mine was my car. Bought it this year, cost me around 14.000$.

If he saved more money his way, then I'd think he's a smart cookie. He's under no obligation to use your link, especially if a different method benefits him more.

If I was in his shoes I would've used my friend's link, because he didn't even know that there was such a thing before I tell him.

But that's just me, I think he comes across looking a bit silly in my opinion.

This happen approximately 2 months ago. A friend of mine told me he was going to spend one night at a hotel, because he was going to drive for a long time and didn't want to do an all nighter driving.

He was going to make a reservation using booking. I told him that he could use my link and that way he would get a discount and I would get a reward, so both of us would benefit.

He then proceeds to ask me how does that work and I told him it was very simple, as I would get a benefit for promoting booking to a friend and he would get a discount for using that link as well. It's a very smart move by booking, as it helps them get more costumers and keeping them.

He then told me that he would rather create a fake account and use his link of his fake account for himself and that way he would get more money (he would get 12$ more than if he used my link).

I just laughed and facepalmed myself.

And keep in mind that he doesn't even have financial struggles (far from that).

Damn...

Just eat sashimi if you hate all the ingredients of sushi.

I like the rice and even if they add vegetables to it.

I just don't like the sauces.

I would like cream cheese on it if it didn't always consist of 1/2 of the roll, that's nasty.

I would agree, if it's just a little bit, I can handle it, but too much is just pointless because I can't even taste the fish anymore.

Putting cream cheese, mayo, mustard and other related sauces in sushi rolls is an absolute waste of good food in my opinion.

Adding soy sauce afterwards to sushi rolls is good. But sushi rolls served with those fillings is just disgusting.

What's your opinion?
